It runs on a weekly basis. Learn this unique exercise programme, which combines mindfulness with fitness, offering numerous health benefits and enabling energy cultivation.

Please arrive on time and bring with you comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Complimentary refreshments will be served throughout the session.
